7. Under the search field, type office.
8. After that, select the items that are named Microsoft Office Identities Cache 2 and Microsoft Office Identities Settings 2, and then click Delete.
9. Now, Quit Keychain Access.

    I have Office 2010, but when I click 'Settings' with the data file high lighted I don't get the 'Outlook Date File Password' box. I get I get a 'Microsoft Exchange' box with nothing about a password. Under the 'Security' tab there is a check box that says Always prompt for login credentials which I do not have checked.
