Adobe and Apple have worked closely together to test Adobe Creative Cloud applications for reliability, performance, and user experience when installed on Intel-based systems running Mac OS X El Capitan (version 10.11). The latest versions of all Creative Cloud products are compatible.
Adobe Lightroom 6 El Capitan Upgrades
Adobe Lightroom CC 2015.3 / 6.3 now available for download. Update: Adobe Camera Raw 9.3 is now also available for download: Windows Mac. The new version fixes also several bugs, including the instability, functionality and performance issues introduced in Lightroom CC 2015.2.x/6.2.x. We are aware of some issues that users may experience after upgrading to OS X El Capitan (10.11). We are working hard to resolve these issues in a forthcoming release and we currently recommend users upgrade to the latest version of OS X (10.11.1) or remain on OS X 10.10.x.

Yes. If a full version of a product is compatible with OS X El Capitan, then the trial version of that product is compatible as well. Any known issues described in this document also apply to the trial versions.
